Hand-coded Static Sites vs. Site Builders
For small budget websites, hiring a website developer can be more cost-effective than using a no-code site builder. This is because hosting is typically free with hand-coded static sites, besides ~$10/year for a domain name. Because there's no back and forth communication with a server, static sites also tend to load and run significantly faster than sites built on Wordpress, Squarespace, or Wix.
Herbal Consultations
An herbal consultation is an opportunity to sit down in a relaxed and supportive environment and have an in-depth conversation about your health concerns. After the consultation, the client and I will work together to come up with an accessible and effective protocol. Cost & Sliding-Scale
To make the practice accessible, all services and medicine are fully sliding-scale and open to non-monetary contributions. I've personally been rarely able to afford market-rate herbal consultation services and products myself, and so I want to encourage clients to not think twice about asking for discounted rates. That said, if you are able to pay it forward to others, you can help to make this clinical practice sustainable. Standard cost for a consultation and protocol is $60-$100. Herbal formulas are also available sliding-scale, with standard cost as $10/oz for extract and $3/oz of tea.
